ANDRE SAILERS SR

Andre D. Sailers, Sr., is a prominent Georgia Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Attorney, whose statewide criminal defense and catastrophic injury practice flourishes from his Metro Atlanta office. With almost thirty successful years in the field of law, Mr. Sailers still holds firm to the creed of “pursuing justice while offering the highest quality legal representation and superior client satisfaction.”
Mr. Sailers is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Business Management from the prestigious Bradley University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the highly acclaimed University of Iowa Law School. While in law school, he was a member of both the Law Review and the award-winning Mock Trial team.
After receiving his licenses to practice law in both Georgia and the District of Columbia, Mr. Sailers began his legal career in Savannah, Georgia, as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Eugene H. Gadsden in the Superior Court. Soon after, Mr. Sailers became an Associate Attorney at a private law firm, where he practiced Personal Injury law and served as the Assistant School Board Attorney for Savannah-Chatham County Schools. Mr. Sailers was extremely active in the Savannah community. He co-founded “Project S.P.E.A.K.” (Speakers Providing Encouragement to At-risk Kids). Mr. Sailers is also a proud graduate of the “Leadership Savannah” program.
Upon moving to Atlanta, Mr. Sailers worked for the Federal Appeals Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals. He also served as a Senior Trial Attorney, representing indigent clients in serious felony cases for the Atlanta Public Defender’s Office. After successfully defending many wrongly accused persons, he decided to become a sole-practitioner and he started the Law office of Sailers & Associates in 2006.
Mr. Sailers currently practices serious personal injury law and criminal defense. He memberships include: the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also an alumni of the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute in Macon, Georgia.
Mr. Sailers is one of a select few attorneys that has been qualified by the Georgia Courts to defend death–penalty murder cases. He has recovered several millions of dollars in damages for his clients in car accident and wrongful death cases.
